So you like to annoy people in chat rooms well hear is the biggest arsenal of its kind. This should be enough to get parents and chat room hosts pretty pist off at you and enough to impress any rebels who are watching.
Note: These characters are not suported by all chat rooms nore are they suported by all web brosers that is why I used a picture insted of html to display them.

You can use these in almost any chat room simply by holding alt and then typing the number. Note: on older computers you type the hole number including the leading zeros but on newer computers you do not type the leading zeros; so 001 would be typed as 1.
If you want to type these in note pad you must change the encoding to Unicode because most of these characters are not ASCI they are ASCII.
What are they good for?
With these characters you could write something in Arabic and become a suspected terrorist or you could use them to make cool chat room drawings and if that s not enough then you could use them to write curs words with out being kicked out of the chat room. That tends to be what its used for the most.
If any one asks you how you made the symboles tell them you held alt and pressed f4. That will close there browser and they will have to log on again.

For some people drawing pictures in chat rooms is the only way they could ever be called artists. I have seen all kinds of chat room pics but the coolest one was a humongous middle finger and I still haven t recreated it. I have also seen a giant butt, some poorly drawn boobs and a reindeer. The possibilities are endless.
